Your cart
What you add to your cart is saved in your own browser until you check out. Adding to your cart does not send anything to us or take payment.
Placing an order
When you continue to payment, we save your order to our private order sheet in Google Sheets: your name, class, email, phone number, the service and its price, your target role or business, any note you add, and an order number. We then email you your order number and payment details from our Google account.
Paying
You pay in your own UPI app. We never see your UPI PIN or bank login. Like any payee, we see the payer’s name, the amount and the payment note. When you tap “I’ve paid”, we note the time and, if you give it, the name on the account you paid from, so we can match your payment to your order.
Details needed for your work
After you order, we may ask for relevant education, experience, project details, and content needed to make your selected service. Send only what is relevant. Never send passwords, OTPs, or banking credentials.
How we use your information
We use your details to match your payment, contact you on WhatsApp or email about your order, and create, review, and deliver your work. We ask your permission before publishing your work or testimonial as a studio example.
Other services
Google (Sheets and Gmail), WhatsApp, your UPI app, and banks handle information under their own privacy policies. The recruiter survey also opens a separate site; review its information before sending a response.
Corrections and removal requests
Reply to your order email or message us on WhatsApp to correct your details or ask us to remove them or files you supplied. We will explain what can be removed and whether any order or payment records need to be kept.
